Why I love this program
After only a couple months I was seeing benefits that I was waiting for while going to the gym. Every workout is ready to push me with its intensity in such a short workout. But, there are many ways to vary the intensity for the days where motivation may be hard to find.
Outside the gym, the meal plan was created by a team of dietitians and simplifies my weekly meal planning. It is a reliable meal plan with delicious options that has led to a balance between the gym and the kitchen. I like to focus on healthy eating but encourage grace on the days where it may be hard. We may not be “on” 100% of the time, but that doesn’t need to distract us from our goals.
The one thing I’ve come to find more fulfilling than anything else is the opportunity to support wellness for others. I love hearing when team members feel more energetic, more confident, or are seeing the number on the scale go the right way!
